To start with, I really like this piece you created, I would not be able to create such good line art, as you did here. The shadows and lighting are placed very good in the drawing, and they blend in well. What I find a bit boring is her stance, it just somehow doesn't seem original and I think it is something you find a lot in deviantart (Women's drawings in weird stances like this one). With that out of the way, I really like the rest of the art. I also saw the coloured version BlueDemon13 did, and I have to say that I prefer this piece. (Although both are really nice). This is not coming from a good artist so I don't know how seriously you will take this Critique.
I always liked this version of chun li.Toned muscles are good in moderation but the first versions put me in mind of a skinny chinese lady who had her legs swapped with an african body builder. This one looks allot more streamline and pleasing to the eye.Yea she still looks like she could kick your ass all the way to the moon and push you off when you get there but it also has a practical look to it.you could easily see this kind of chun li having the sort of social life.

an Intuos instead of the Cintiq? that's a big change.. I thought the Cintiq is better :S.. I have a Bamboo Touch and I think is kind of same like the Intuos .. well.. As long you keep doing your amazing draw anything would be amazing ^^
